Gir Jungle Safari is 3hrs main jeep safari in the Gir Jungle which is started by the Gujarat Forest Department and after that managed by the Gujarat State Lion Conservation Society which comes under the Gujarat Forest Department. This safari area covers 259 km² area in which exist 13 routes where jeep safari run and provides best sightseeing such as Asiatic lions, Bengal leopards, golden jackel, chital, sambar, deer, black buck, four horned ante-lope, Indian pangolin, sehi (Porcupine), rudy mangoose and etc.

Gir Devalia Safari is most wonderful safari in the Gir National Par that provide you 99% chance to see the lots of animals and Asiatic lion also. This is 1hr jeep safari that is conducted by the 6 seater jeep and 4 seater jeep. Devalia Safari Park is an artifically created area which is spread in 2 km² area but you will not be disappointed if you visit in this zone. Normally Kankai is temple that is located in the middle of wildlife sanctuary which is spread in 1410 km₂ area which is near to the main Lion Reserve Area or main Jungle Safari area but all the safaris have different routes and different kinds of vehicle and different type of safari duration. This safari is done by car only and take 5hr duration to explore the Kankai route becuase it is 60 km (approx) and the forest path is not well so it take very more time to explore area. In this safari visitors have a chance to explore the gigantic area of Gir forest and see lots of wild animals.
